How to disagree with someone in a charming way

We often argue with people who don’t share the same believes or ideas with us which may make them not like us and because we don’t want to be disliked we try to stay away from argument. It may be with a new relationship we’re trying to form or something else. The desire to remain likable sometimes stops us from arguing or encountering confrontations.

What we should seek to earn should not be likability but RESPECT. Respect is what develops attraction.
How then can we remain charming while arguing?

Don’t get emotionally involved: It may be hard not to but try not to put your personal feelings on the line when arguing. Always try to bring yourself to normal even after when the room is heated up. Investing your feelings in argument can make you go aggressive or angry.

Don’t create dead ends: if someone says something you disagree with, saying “that’s stupid or you are wrong” is a dead end. Instead try to state your opinion or something which completely defies their logic.

Divorce the concept from the individual: too often when we disagree with someone on a subject, we make it about our relationship with that person and on a deep level. Try to see the issue as an issue and the person as a person and tackle the issue without dragging your relationship with the person into it.

How to wear High heels (for beginners).

Image result for high heel

I don't know who invented high heels but all women owe him alot
                                                                                                          - Marilyn Monroe.

Heels have a way of making women not only look gorgeous but smart too. However, heels can be extremely painful if not worn right. As a matter of fact, any woman that can walk in heels deserves RESPECT! yes! I mean it. A woman who can walk in high heels with her head held high sure deserves some compliment.

....No matter how painful and uncomfortable heels can be, they forever remain a girl's best friend. However wearing heels for the first time or as a beginner can be very discomforting. Here are a few tips that will help  in the journey.

1. THE SIZE MATTERS:
when it comes to wearing high heels, pay attention to the size. Over-sized shoes will create much difficulties during walking because your feet will not be able to properly fit into the shoe making it too loose which might lead to your feet occasionally pulling out of the shoe while undersized shoes will be too tight causing pain which might lead to toe bumps, bunion and blisters. The wrong shoe size creates more discomfort and pain.

2. LEARN GRADUALLY:

If you have never walked on heels, starting out to learn with a 5 inch high heel might be a recipe for disaster. it is advisable to start with a 2 inch shoe and gradually graduate as you learn and get use to the feeling. Once you are able to comfortably walk on a 2 ' heel you can the progress to 3" and soon you will be able to walk in those killer heels of yours. Gradually learning how to walk in heels help you walk in them like a pro whereas jumping straight to a 5" shoe while learning will create much discomfort and may alter your walking posture.

3. DON'T RUSH:
when walking on heels, it is very important to slow down. Don't expect to walk as fast as you normally do or take your normal long strides. Attempts to take long strides can lead to a great fall.

4. BE CONSCIOUS OF THE REST OF YOUR BODY:

while walking, make sure your body is relaxed, do not tilt forward or backward. Let the rest of your body provide balance for your shoes while you visualize yourself walking on a straight line and Walk heel to toe. (click to read more).

5. TAKE TIME OUTS:

Keep in mind that it is no shame to take a sit now and then to give your feet a rest, so that you can comfortably walk once you are on your feet again. whenever and where ever you can sit, sit.

Closet, Home and Office Disorganization. 1 Dealing with the root!

Are you tired of your disorganized closet? Don't worry, here are a few tip to help you out. But before getting to it, you have to first determine your state or level of disorganization. there is
1. Situational disorganization: this is a result of  a precipitating life event that causes disruption and disorganization in your life. some times, sudden things happen to us like sicknesses, the loss of a dear one etc. that invite disorder because at that time, we are not ourselves. Knowing the situation that caused your disorganization is helpful in taking the pressure off you. This level of disorganization is easy to deal with.
2.Habitual disorganization. Habitual disorganization results from bad habits that have developed over time. we all indulge in them time to time. After having a stressful day, instead of folding our cloths, we just throw them on the couch. Habitual disorganization does not mean that we are forever  stuck with disorder in our life. Rather, it means that we have created our own state of disorganization with our collection of bad habits. We can also remain in our disorder or get over it. Procrastination makes us victims of disorganization. when we keep telling ourselves I will do it, by our own hand, we put our selves into slavery.
3.Historical disorganization. This results from our upbringing. Some people had the privilege of growing up in order while others did not and this has affected our lives. The good news is, we can rebel against the disorganization we grew up with, and resolve to train ourselves for orderly living. This training requires constant efforts and determination to be orderly, when we continue, it soon becomes a good habit.
4. Association disorganization. Have you ever noticed that you gradually become disorganized when you live with or share space with a disorganized individual? I call this association disorganization. Sometimes even though we try to maintain order, when the individual stubbornly remains disorganized, we tend to give up because we get tired of cleaning and cleaning or fixing and fixing. In such a situation, you have to constantly keep yourself checked and if possible, talk to the other person.

5. Chronic Disorganization. This happens when you have a past history of disorganization in which self-help efforts to change have failed. Chronically disorganized people require more specialized service than those who came by their disorganization by way of situation, habits, family history or association influence. It is unlikely that a chronically disorganized person can independently pull themselves out of their circumstances alone therefore, external help is needed. External help could come from a psychologist or any authorized individual.

5 Habits to Help Your Hair Grow More Quickly

Having a long hair is often considered as a sign of beauty: It also means youth and vitality and many people associate it with health as well. Most of women, if not all, would love to be able to grow their hair to a long, flowing length.

The hair of an average healthy person will grow about half an inch per month. This means that you can expect about six inches per year if it doesn’t break or slow down due to any of the factor.
You can encourage fast hair growth by:
  • Handling your hair with care: Yes, over-styling and rough handling of your hair may be the reason you are not experiencing proper hair growth.  Hair must be handled with extreme care because hair is very fragile.
  • Avoiding washing it every dayWashing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most once day or even only twice a week.
  • Trimming hair regularlyThe best way to get rid of split ends is to trim them. Take some hair shears and attack the split ends about 14 inch (0.6 cm) above the splitting. Many women with perfect hair never have split ends because they make it a priority to get their hair trimmed, or trim it themselves, every 6-8 weeks.
  • Massaging the scalp Adding a scalp massage to a hair care regimen stimulates the scalp, improves circulation and reduces stress. Those looking to promote hair growth should consider performing scalp massages regularly.
  • Eating healthy: eating healthy gives your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better.
    • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair.In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair.
    • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing.
